Hae Min Lee, 18, disappeared in January 1999; her body was found in Leakin Park. Ex-boyfriend Adnan Syed was convicted of her murder in 2000. The conviction was vacated in 2022, reinstated in 2023, and his sentence reduced in 2025 to time served plus probation.
