On 16 February 2026, Ashley Flynn was found shot dead at the family home in Tipp City, Ohio, after her husband Caleb Flynn reported a break-in. Flynn was arrested on 19 February and later indicted in Miami County Common Pleas Court on aggravated murder and related counts. On 29 September 2026, a jury found him guilty on all remaining counts, including aggravated murder, after about two hours of deliberation.
